If you have forgotten your MPIN, the only remedy available is to change it to a new one.

Step 2: A List of debit cards associated with your FirstBank Nigeria account will be displayed.
Step 3: Select the preferred debit card of your choice.
Step 4: Input your four-digit PIN
Step 5: You will be asked to create a new 5 -digit MPIN
