Step 1: Open the Amazon Mobile Application on Your Android or ios Device.
As I mentioned, Amazon also comes with a mobile-based environment for its users. All you have to do is to get the mobile app installed on your device.
if you are using Android, then you can get the Amazon Mobile app from Playstore, while For iOS is App Store.
Step 2: Tap the Profile Icon at The Bottom of The App Home Screen.
Right at the Amazon home screen, select the profile icon that is at the bottom of the App, a list of options will be displayed, tap on your Orders.
Step 3: Search for the Intended Order
You will see a list of orders you have made, choose the Order which you want to print an invoice for, and once you tap the order which you want to print it invoice, a new page will be opened.
Step 4: Tap Download
Under the Order info section, you will see, Download Invoice, tap on it, then tap on Download document, this will download your invoice in a pdf format.
You can check your download directory on your phone’s internal storage to access the downloaded document.
Why Can’t I Print My Amazon Invoice?
There are several reasons why you can’t print your Amazon invoice, of which I have listed a few common reasons why you are experiencing such.
Orders Not Shipped
You can only get an invoice once your item has been shipped, Amazon doesn’t accept payment for an order yet to be shipped, until when the order has been shipped.
Therefore, if your order is yet to be shipped you are likely not going to see an invoice for your item.
But once it has been shipped, you will be able to print your invoice.
Gift Orders
If your item is a gift, you won’t be able to print an invoice for such an item. However, in a case where you urgently need the invoice for that particular payment, you can contact the person who gifted you that item.
When An Order Is Sold By A Third Party
If an order is sold by a third party, you can contact the people who sold it to ask for one.
How to Download an Invoice from The Amazon App on IPhone & Android
The process of downloading an invoice from Amazon on an iPhone takes a similar process to an Android device.
Notwithstanding, here is how you can download the invoice from the Amazon app on the iphone:
- Step 1: Open the Amazon Mobile Application on your Android or iOS device.
- Step 2: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the App Home Screen, and select your Orders.
- Step 3: Search for the Intended Order, you want to print its invoice
- Step 4: Tap Download, under Order info
How To Download Invoice From Amazon Sent To Your Mailbox
Whenever you order something, and your invoice is ready you can get notified via your email.
Here is how you can download your item’s invoice from your mail:
- Step 1: Open your Mail app, whatever mail you are using, either Gmail or Yahoo, you can log in either through the mobile app or website.
- Step 2: Search your inbox, by using specific keywords such as Amazon, and Amazon Order Dispatch, this will show the search results of all emails related to Amazon. The message you are looking for in your mail must have been Dispatched in it
- Step 3: Open the Message
Once you get the message subject, tap on it to view it fully, and you will see View or Print Invoice.
By tapping on View or Print Invoice, you will be redirected to your Amazon account where you will be able to download your invoice statement in pdf format.
